The fresh, wholesome ingredients truly resonated with my environmentally-conscious palate, aligning perfectly with my background as an environmental scientist focused on sustainable travel.In the spacious lounge area, equipped with a DVD player and flat-screen satellite TV, I found myself unwinding post-meal, admiring the picturesque views of the lake and mountains.
